What is PE?
PE is an athletic development and skill enhancing performance training company. At PE, athletes undergo a series of progressions through various training methods to improve speed, agility, and power. Our program will improve the overall athletic ability of any athlete.
Who is PE for?
We design programs for all athletes ages 8 and up, regardless of skill level.
How do athletes benefit from PE?
Preparation separates the mediocre athlete from the elite athlete. It also determines the level and outcome of competition. At PE, we teach athletes how to couple proper mechanics with power and agility, skills that elevate their gameplay and confidence. By the end of their training, our athletes are prepared to implement speed, power, and agility into their gameplay.
How does PE measure success?
We trust the numbers, so each athlete undergoes pre- and post-testing (10-split, shuttle, and broad and vertical jumps) and a pre- and post-assessment to measure the improvement of running mechanics, stability, flexibility, and mobility.
What should athletes bring to sessions?
A good pair of training shoes and a teachable attitude.
What can athletes expect from PE?
We test our athletes physically, mentally, and psychologically. Most of our clients are training to compete at the next level, so we motivate them to become better in all the aspects a scout would look for. You will become more motivated, disciplined, and confident. You will also become a better leader.
The Speed Stars youth development class is the perfect opportunity for young athletes ages 8-12 to gain a competitive edge. Our Speed & Skill Accelerator class is an excellent opportunity for co-ed athletes ages 13-18 to take their performance to the next level. Whether they aim to excel in team sports, track and field, or another competitive discipline, this program provides the advanced training and expert coaching needed to achieve their athletic goals. Watch your teenage athlete transform into a faster, more skilled, more resilient competitor!
Our Personalized Speed and Skill Development is a one-on-one coaching program tailored exclusively to co-ed athletes ages 8 and up. In these intensive sessions, young athletes receive personalized attention and guidance to enhance their speed and other necessary skill sets in their chosen sport.
Digital Speed School is a self-led home training program that focuses on fundamental speed mechanics, movement, acceleration and tempo, and speed strength for athletes.
Please bring training shoes, turf cleats (no spikes), and any other sport-specific training equipment necessary for both your primary and secondary positions, if applicable. Mouthpiece optional.
Our programs benefit athletes of all sports and all positions.
Each sessions is comprised of 60 minutes of intensive training.
We design our training sessions around athletic movements relative to the sport in which the athlete competes.
We test middle and high school athletes on a bi-annual or quarterly basis.
Electronic testing allows for complete baseline assessment accuracy.
ABSOLUTELY! Since consistency is the key to success, our programs are designed for progression. If your athlete misses a session, we can prorate that session the following month.
