How do we measure Success? We trust the numbers, so each athlete undergoes pre- and post-testing (10-split, shuttle, and broad and vertical jumps) and a pre- and post-assessment to measure improvement of:

  • Running Mechanics

  • Stability

  • Flexibility

  • Mobility

What can I expect? We test our athletes physically and psychologically. Most of our clients are training to compete at the next level, so we motivate them to become better in all aspects scouts look for in their athletes. You will learn and/or improve:

  • Self-Motivation

  • Leadership
